If you're looking for a convenient location with easy access to shops and restaurants, this hotel is a great option. The city center and many nice restaurants are just a short walk away. The rooms are well-appointed with modern furnishings and spacious bathrooms. The staff are generally helpful and friendly, offering good service throughout your stay. The continental breakfast is satisfactory and the hotel's newly renovated interiors are stylish. However, some rooms may be affected by early morning street noise, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.

I cannot say enough how friendly and helpful all the staff at the La Locanda Del Conte Mameli, they were all lovely. Our room was beautiful and the breakfast was excellant everyday. The Sun Terrace was perfect for spending relaxation time in the sun after a day out in the local town, which was at the end of the street. All in all.......perfect!!!!!

This is not a critiscm in anyway,the only thing that would have completely finished the hotel would have been a little bar area within the hotel, maybe changing the breakfast room to a bar later in the day. Even though the town is so near, it is sometimes nice not to have to leave the hotel when you are away.

Location great very close to restaurants and shopping. Free parking at rear of hotel. Hotel housed in a 17th century building that the owners have renovated into an incredible and comfortable hotel. A four-star hotel at three-star prices.

Good location and friendly staff, room nicely updated and comfortable. Continental breakfast has plenty of options. Lots to do in the area, including hiking and boating. Helpful and accommodating when we had requests. Good choice for exploring this part of Sardinia.

This hotel turned out to be excellent. The reception, the facilities, the helpfuness, the breakfast all very good. We had help with our bags, good recommendations for restaurants, storage of bags before we caught our boat. Nothing was a problem

A very nice, perfectly managed hotel in a beautiful historic building in the very center of Olbia. Friendly hotel staff. Rich breakfast and perfect service. Quite and tasteful place for the few guests that are accomodated in only eight rooms. You feel like a private guest of Conte Mameli himself.

the staff was positively the best ever -- friendly, efficient, willing to help in any way -- intelligent and well versed. the breakfast buffet was stupendous with healthful choices but always a cake or pastry if you wanted to stray just a little! and everything was immaculate and sparkling. you could tell that the staff has embraced the hotel as part of their lives and not just as a place to work. the hotel's excellent location becomes more obvious as you learn the lay of the city. the whole experience was a grand slam home run as far as i am concerned, and the free internet was beyond convenient. my stay gives me a truly happy memory.
